"I paint becuse it gives me contentment to discover new forms and structures. It is also a search of my subconscious mind.

In my art I want to express the unity between humans and nature; and the immense power we possess.

One could define my style as 'natural surrealism', but since I like to focus on the synchronicity of all things I call it 'synthes-ism'.

As opposed to my younger years as a scientist/ researcher in Stockholm where I mostly devoted my time to making theories out of reality, I am now in my maturity more interested in making reality out of theories. Thus I have chosen an unusual path in life for the last 20 years. This has had a profound positive impact on my life."
